Steve Jobs – Think Different

Marketing is about values.  We live in a noisy world and people won’t remember much about you.

 

Other than selling great culinary delights, mouth watering beverages, or a comfy bed to sleep in, think bigger than this.  What do you want your customers to know about you – who you are and what you stand for?

As Steve Jobs (an absolute genius in business success and standing for more than making money) expresses such sage words

“A great brand needs investment and caring if t is going to retain relevance and vitality”

Successful businesses know that the most valuable asset in their business is their customer list and the most valuable tool is education.  Understanding that by ‘educating your team’ and ‘giving back to your customers by nurturing them’ – this will map out the path to retain relevance and vitality.
